We are sad to announce the passing of our VFW Department of Florida State Adjutant/Quartermaster Eugene "Gene" Perrino Sr., who passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 after a long fight with cancer. Gene Has been a member of the VFW since 2010 and has served the VFW Department of Florida from Post Commander, District Commander, Assistant to the Adjutant/Quartermaster to the VFW State Adjutant/Quartermaster as well as a Cootie member and many numerous hats through the VFW National and State as well as many more that are too many add. He was someone who was loved by many friends and family and will be missed. A memorial service in February will be sent out at a later date for friends and family to attend. In lieu of flowers his family has asked that you make donations to the National Veterans Service Fund in his memory through this link The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
