You can contact the National Personnel Records Center at 314-801-0800 or via its website. In addition to providing copies of military records, they are able to update records to correct errors or reflect awards that may have been issued retroactively.

You must be a veteran who has honorably served overseas in an area of foreign conflict in order to join the VFW. However, if you are not eligible for VFW membership but are the parent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, child or grandchild of a qualifying veteran, you can apply for membership in the VFW Auxiliary. Visit the                    VFW Auxiliary Florida website or call 816-561-8655 for more information.

On the top tool bar click the down arrow at the "Resources" button. Click on the tab that says "Reports & Forms". Under that tab is all of the Department, District and Post forms.

On the top tool bar of the website is a tab that says "News" Click the arrow next to it and go to the tab that says "Florida VFW News and Events". There is where you will find the latest information and be able to print out any flyers. 



1. Up on the top tool bar hit the "Login" button and then go to "Report Entry"

2. You use your VFW membership ID and the password is your last name 

There are two ways:

1. Up on the top tool bar go to "login" and there you will find the webmail like to check your e-mails 

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the website and you will see on the bottom right where it says "Webmail" and that is where you log into your e-mail.

2. GO TO "FLORIDA VFW NEWS AND EVENTS"
IN THERE YOU WILL HAVE THE LATEST OF DEPARTMENT NEWS AND NATIONAL NEWS

1. GO TO THE TOP RIGHT WHERE IT SAYS LOGIN
2. GO TO WEBMAIL
3. THE 2ND GREEN CIRCLE WILL SAY "CHANGE E-MAIL PASSWORD"
4. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE CIRCLE
5. IF THE POST QUARTERMASTER IS CHANGING THE PASSWORD MAKE SURE THE POST COMMANDER HAS IT AS WELL.

On the top tool bar you will see the word "Login" and under the drop down you will see "Members Only" in order to get into it you must have a VFW Department of Florida Membership card.. 
In the first box put your membership number. In the second box put your last name.
