Daniel "Dan" Duffy

Dan was born in Bridgeport, CT, graduated from Staples High School in Westport, CT in 1965.  Dan graduated from Sacred Heart University, Bridgeport CT in 1977 with a Construction Management degree.

Dan served in the U. S. Marine Corp from 1965 – 1969. In Vietnam he served with the 3rd Marine Division Force Logistics Command III Marine Amphibious Force located in DaNang and Hue, Vietnam from 1966 – 1967. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with three bronze service stars, the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/ 1960 device, Combat Action Ribbon, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, President Unit Citation, Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citation, Rifle and Pistol Sharpshooter Badges. 

Dan was employed with Morrison Knudsen Corporation as a Project Executive for over 34 years; Dan recently retired as Vice President of Construction for Fifield Realty Corporation, a developer of high rise construction.

 

Dan is a member in of the Military Order of the Cooties and the American Legion.

 

Dan and his wife, Pauline resides in Davie. They have three grown children and three grand children.
